If you’ve opened a business, you’ve experienced it. “YOU SHOULD ….serve sandwiches, paint your walls a different color…”and so on. Plenty of well-meaning friends and customers volunteer their advice on things you should do to improve your business. When you’re first starting out, the more suggestions - the more you wonder if you’re doing ANYTHING ...That’s a question I’ve been asked several times since we launched our Intuit Websites advertising campaign last week. The ads will be airing on tv and radio throughout the fall. You can find them on a broad range of cable tv stations, as well as a variety of news, sports and music radio programs.

Traditionally, innovation processes tend to be internally and technology focused, best illustrated by the large R&D labs of several large product companies, e.g. Xerox PARC, AT&T Bell Labs and Philips Research.In our first Cram Session, we looked at how three different entrepreneurs each started their own business and listened to their tips and takeaways.
